Calculation and daily readings
Birth details pass through our hosted website to our calculation server on Google Cloud. We do not save them in the calculation database or application logs. Daily Moon-sign readings use no birth details. City search uses the bundled GeoNames dataset. Optional Jyoti conversations send selected calculated facts, questions and recordings to Sarvam AI only after separate consent. Chart context excludes names and birth location; anything you say or type can still contain private information.
Listening to daily readings
When you press Listen, the selected general forecast is sent to Sarvam AI to read aloud. This does not use your microphone or birth details. Stop or change the date, Moon sign or language to end playback and clear this website's listening session. Sarvam keeps data according to its own policy.
Optional saving on this device
Save on this device keeps a personal report, including birth details, in this browser profile. The website does not encrypt these copies; anyone using the same browser profile can open them. They do not sync between devices, browser profiles or website addresses. Clearing browser site data removes them. Export a copy before switching devices, browsers or website addresses.
Your control
Clear my data removes the current form and reading. Remove saved copies from Your reports and delete downloaded files separately. Imported files stay on your device unless you separately consent to discuss their recalculated chart with Jyoti. End and clear conversation removes the browser conversation and requests server-session deletion. Jyoti chats expire after 30 minutes; daily listening sessions expire after 10 minutes. Recordings and transcripts are not written to this website’s database or logs. Sarvam processing follows its own privacy policy; clearing here does not delete data held by Sarvam.
Saved cloud profiles
When accounts are connected, Supabase stores your login email and the profile details you choose to save. Your private birth profile does not include generated predictions. Use My account to edit or delete the saved profile. Sessions last up to one hour; a server restart signs you out.
Contact messages
With your consent, the contact form saves your name, email and message in a private Supabase inbox so we can reply. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Messages remain until reviewed and removed by the owner. For account or enquiry deletion, write to info@simplyvoxa.com from the email you used; we will verify ownership before removal.
Consent and future services
Enter details only for yourself or with permission. Our website is hosted through Sites and our calculation server runs on Google Cloud. Cloud accounts use Supabase; optional AI and voice use Sarvam under the consent described above. Paid services are not enabled. Feedback files are downloaded to your device and are not automatically sent to anyone.
